Terrible pizza, undercooked, sauce too runny leaving the crust soggy and without any crispness, edges almost raw. A terrible experience.

Nice atmosphere. I was looking forward to tasty thin crust neopolitan pizza, instead it was rather bland and crust was soggy except for area close to crust. Disappointed and won't return. Salad was good.

I have to eat gluten-free, so I was excited to find a pizza place with gf pizza that isn't just a store bought crust, but my pizza was super undercooked. Like in the middle the dough seemed near raw. Toppings were good and the staff was great. Nice atmosphere. But nearly $30 for floppy raw pizza is hard to overlook.

This is now the best pizza in Pasadena, but tbh, we had much better options a year ago -- U Street, Side Pie, and the Luggage Room all being gone have significantly narrowed options for really good pizza. My only complaint is that they have an annoying tendency to undercook the pizza (I think because a lot of brick oven places get fussy customers who think it looks "burnt" if it's actually cooked properly), so I always tell them to make sure they leave it in an extra minute or two.

Place needs to be run better. Ordered a to-go pizza with no meat, waited 20 minutes, got a soggy pizza that HAD meat. Went back, asked for another and requested well done(not soggy). Literally 5 minutes later, was given pizza that wasn’t even fully cooked. Maybe it was an off day but what an horrible experience.

Wouldn't normally drive to Pasadena for dinner but we'll worth it. Highly recommended by an Italian student of mine and he was right. Wonderful food. Thanks!

Everything about this place is amazing and a must try. We got calamari, the scallop special, seafood and tomato pasta. The service is just superb. The way they present specials and also give olive oil and freshly cooked bread at the table is just chef kiss! Thank you for such a good service😊

After several visits I can honestly say this is the best pizza in Pasadena. Plus the salads are interesting and varied. The atmosphere is perfect for families and it is possible to get a large table even on a Saturday. Parking is a bit of an issue but you have to be persistent and it is better after 7 when the parking restrictions expire on Lake.

Great experience as always when dining at Settebello. Crust was fresh, pillowy, and delicious - took lots of self control to not eat the entire pizza myself

I requested a non-wet pizza but ended up with a soggy one. When I asked if they could make it crispier after my first slice, I was told they couldn’t. Their customer service seems inexperienced, as they could have simply replaced it. The dough is good, but the service really lets it down.
