Overall the burger was good but the competition is stiff with smash burgers in LA. The burger also broke apart and wasn’t smashed correctly in all one piece like in other places (see photo attached). Kind of like making a burger at home or something. The meat was also very under seasoned and just kind of bland.

It was ok. I admit it was my first smash burger and I was expecting better...though also it's a clever way to cut back on food costs as the burger is so thin , was curious to think how many ounces of meat are in there -- four?
