This is the second time I go to the Starbucks and they always give me the wrong size I always ask for a venti and they they always give me a grande it's ridiculous they need to work under customer service more

Unfortunately they can’t follow simple directions, and they are lazy . Went in the drive thru I ordered a matcha frap . Almond milk , esspresso shot in the bottom and whip cream .
They gave it to me blended and the cashier said it’s just like that . Mind you I always order the same thing so I know the exact taste and look . Eventually after me saying it several times. They took it and they put and espresso shot and than poured the same drink into another cup . Now it tastes straight like caffeine not a hint of matcha ! I’m honestly pissed . That is so lazy . Like do it right the first time and if you make a mistake . Please fix it and don’t half fast it . These are lazy people just don’t go in the drive thru . Make sure you guys watch them if they mess up your order ! What a waste of money .

The place is very dirty, from the entrance, the windows are very dirty, the floor is very dirty, there is no bathroom available for customers, the bar is sticky with other drinks.

This location has pretty random lobby hours. Sign says 5am but they say they open at 6 or 630 depending on who knows what so if you have a mobile order you’ll still need to wait in line at the drive through rather than run in and grab your order.

They aren't really open until 10:00 p.m.. I walked over because I do not have a car and was told that I'd have to go through the drive-thru because the front doors were locked. If you are going to say that you're open until 10:00 everything should be open until 10:00 or you should indicate that only to drive through is open until 10:00.

It is enough for these companies to get away with what it is possible for a beverage establishment to ironically not have bathroom services for its customers. That is to say, if I have 10 drinks inside the establishment and I need to do a physiological need that every human being does, I can't because they don't have a bathroom. But if they sell drinks the law should not allow these things to happen. The attention, as I read in a previous comment, is that you are gossiping about the workers, one can barely hear what their order is and has to guess their order. I DON'T know why I gave my money to this company that destroys small businesses and kinder people. Also there were no napkins. EVERYTHING WRONG. Obviously coffee is a formula that tastes good anywhere because it is standardized.
