My 3 year old son needed to use the restroom. When I went to ask for the code I was told I needed to make a purchase. I didn't know it was an obligation to purchase for my son to use the restroom. He then later had an accident. Smh.

Dismal. Not putting any care into their coffee.Paid for an add shot, NOPE DIDNT GET IT! Service was okay. Smiling in your face and robbing you behind your back.
I frequent Starbucks but not very often
Charged 80 cents extra for soy milk when the deal says ANY drink for $3. They charged 3.80. All other Starbucks only charge $3.

Disgusting! I sent my 10-year-old because he had to use the restroom badly; in the meantime, I had to find parking in the smallest area ever. The barista could not assess that a child needed it to use the facility. Instead, he told him to leave unless he had purchased something. Because the restroom was for customers, at least use your head.

Ridiculous Policy: Forced to Buy Coffee Just to Use the Restroom
Absolutely ridiculous. I stopped by this Starbucks needing to use the restroom, only to be blocked by a staff member telling me I had to make a purchase first. Since when did basic human decency come with a price tag?
Starbucks loves to brand itself as a welcoming, community-oriented space, but apparently, that doesn’t apply if you’re not handing over your money. I’ve been to plenty of other locations where this wasn’t an issue, so what makes this one so special? Power-tripping employees? Arbitrary rules?
To top it off, the staff had a downright rude attitude—cold, dismissive, and acting like I was asking for a favor instead of something that should be common courtesy. If this is how they treat people, I’ll happily take my business elsewhere. Starbucks, do better.

All the outlets are covered. Out of all the times I've been to Starbucks today I needed and outlet and like I said, they are all covered.

Could be a better Park
This location is never crowded. There's plenty of parking, if you don't mind getting out of your car. There's no drive-thru. All the staff is very friendly.
Parking: There's parking available all the time.
