The location is the problem not starbucks or the employee's.It's near a train station and there's all sorts of different types of individuals. I witnessed one individual with mental illness last night
Praise to the hard workers at this Starbucks. This place is one of my favorite stops. They are friendly. They are professional. They are awesome. I visit a number of coffee places in Pasadena and a lot of times the people behind the counters aren't very polite. They look miserable and seem to resent having to serve - which is what they're being paid to do! This place just seems to have the magic mojo. After almost every visit I walk out with a smile. This location is never crowded. There's plenty of parking, if you don't mind getting out of your car. There's no drive-thru. All the staff is very friendly.
