Most Starbucks have friendly staff, but this one is a step above. First off they say and spell my name correctly, which makes me so happy. Secondly, they give great drink recommendations when I've wanted to venture out to try something new. They recommended and iced Caramel Brulee latte... So good! The other customers seem different too from other locations. Super interactive and helpful to others. The times I've been inside have been a very pleasant experience, both because of the staff amd the patrons.

Tried this location while in town after horrible service at another local Starbucks. Service, location and facility were much better, service just a little better form politeness order was still wrong. Carmel ribbon crunch no whip cream extra carmel. Not hard

Atmosphere 1 star because I use the drive thru.
This Starbucks is ideal because it has a drive thru but I’m disappointed with the drinks. I have a bad coffee from here before and had another one today. I ordered the iced shaken espresso. It tasted burnt. I can’t tell if it’s a bad espresso shot or cold brew that was used. I went back for a remake and it didn’t taste any better. Just sweeter. Check on your espresso machines and pull the shots properly. The drinks are already overpriced. Can I have what I paid for

For some reason the new location made all the employees miserable and rude. I avoid this Starbucks due to the employees always giving bad looks and attitude. Every time i complain to a supervisor or manager nothing is ever done. The old location was better never has a issue until the new location opened up.
Do better starbucks.

Kind of small (er, vs. the former location directly across the street), and it's on a pretty busy corner - but it is convenient.

They BLAST music at high volume all the time lately. I used to come here every morning to have a coffee and chill for a few minutes because it’s the only place nearby open before 8am but it’s impossible to do that now because the employees are blasting loud music all the time. I emailed corporate about it and they said they’d send a message to the store manager but that was weeks ago and nothing has changed.

There must be something wrong with the management at this Starbucks. This is my third visit here and it seems that everyone is scurrying around, but walk up customers are treated like an inconvenience. Today I had to wait four minutes for someone to even acknowledge me standing at the cash register wanting to place an order. When I asked a question about the roasts that were available, I was looked at like I was asking to borrow money. Not what I expect from Starbucks. The employees seem hostile overworked, and inattentive.

Will someone please tell the staff that when you place the order and you have it customized that they should actually read that and not decide that they’re gonna make it a little bit different because I think you’ll like it better. SMH. Now I’m late for where I have to be. My drink is not right, food was cold because they weren’t done at the same time and it’s just an overall frustrating situation that could’ve been easily handled differently.

They’re not the nicest people I’ve encounter at Starbucks. No smiles, all business.
They also have an order status board and my name wasn’t on it. I didn’t hear her call my name but I kept looking at the board thinking they forgot my order. Finally I asked and they did have the order ready but it wasn’t board.
