Most Starbucks have friendly staff, but this one is a step above. First off they say and spell my name correctly, which makes me so happy. Tried this location while in town after horrible service at another local Starbucks. Service, location and facility were much better, service just a little better form politeness order was still wrong. Carmel ribbon crunch no whip cream extra carmel. Not hard

One of the best branches with both excellent indoor and outdoor seating environment, great for working alone or enjoying some leisure time with or without friends. It has a nice view with serenity in the busy Pasadena Downtown area, which is a hard-to-find trait among nearby restaurants.

Overall, it is definitely above standards even compared with its other branches!
