They cleaned the bathroom so they wouldnt let my 6 year old the potty because they said once it was cleaned it was closed. 6 year olds don't hold it well so we had to leave. This was all was over an hour before closing.
They also blatantly, snarky glared at anyone walking on their mopped floor, even if it was just to go to the counter to pick up their drinks. They literally mopped a circle around me when I was ordering, then groaned when I stepped out of it and sat at a table.
I've never felt so unwelcome. Again, this was over an hour before closing time.

I ordered my drink on the app, and when I got there, they still made me wait about another 25 minutes for my drink. At first I didn't mind but then they started giving drinks to people who ordered 10 minutes after me. It was very frustrating. No one became a Karen, but wow!!!!!Come on! This was the worst. I'm not sure I want to go back.

One of the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever been too, but still one of the most amazing. The community of local Pasadena peeps do a great job supporting these over worked and probably under paid baristas. Every time I’m here, they are working diligently, even understaffed and still have the time to remember my name.I do recommend them but then they’ll be even busier. Just admire them from a far while I enjoy my brown sugar shaken espresso.

I think this one of the busiest Starbucks I've been to in the mornings, they do hustle and the wait isn't long but it's impressive to see how smoothe they all operate and the staff still be polite and friendly through it

This bucks is a good study spot. it’s quiet not often busy with plenty of tabláge (that’s tables in french). However bring your ? bc it’s cold af, and you know how that gets when you working ?. godspeed.
