Walking into the restaurant to get coffee.Bringing their dogs makes no sense.It's disgusting especially when Dogs are scratching themselves.

Urgently needed to use the restroom before ordering coffee. The barista Jason refused my request and said the restroom was for paid customer only and asked me to leave.
I turned to another associate for service. She gave me the restroom code while she prepared my coffee.
Do not ask for friendly barista Jason unless you like to be mistreated.

I haven't had Starbucks in a while cuz it became kind of bland to me but then I needed it while I was working and I got a sandwich too It was all amazing I want to give a shout out to Luna not only for making the best food and drink but bringing it to me while I watched our equipment and the other employees had a great attitude vibe all around

Please don’t order coffee here. They do not follow the order that you need. I ordered light ice, but they give almost a whole cup of ice, that you can see the ice after I finished. Terrible! I’ll never ever order here any longer!!

Im a wealthy individual who dresses up like im homeless to see how restaurants treat the homeless and this particular store failed. The moment I walked in with my backpack and torn up clothes everyone literally stopped, stood there staring, then before I got to the counter they asked me what I needed in a very unwelcoming manner. This is not acceptable and if you expect people who are down and out to want to integrate back into society you people must take a stand on treating them like anyone else.

I ordered a drink this morning and when I got there my drink was gone and the clerk had to make me a new one, the clerk was helpless and didn't apologize . I'm disappointed.
