The hours online are incorrect.And the hours posted at the store are not valid either. It says Saturday 7:30Am , it wasn’t open until 8:05 (still closed).The owner might need to fix this (if they care).Unfortunately with a brand like starbucks, its sad that no one cares when they open and consistency of what they serve.

Unprofessional and people running the store here not fit for the job.The lady who takes the order has no volume in her voice and its her will and wish despite spelling the name , she didnt take the name right…advice for people ordering here..get ur receipts at this store…..so u know. What they got…Finally ,All the people who ordered coffee after me got the coffee and the guy with glasses who made my coffee kept them in the side and was making all other orders…when asked he has the audacity to give me the same and cold coffee (order was for hot) .I felt discriminated as well….My food was lying there with someones name ….simple job and these guys just spoiled a good day for me.an unprofessional bunch…one says they are running behind while the coffee making guy just put my coffee at his machine and left it there…if i were to run this store, i would take out the order taking person..and the guy with glasses ..he got an attitude problem and not much doing or helping the team.

Wait an hour for a drink.Only two staff on- couldn’t fault the staff they did better than I could under the pressure but it’s disgraceful for management they can allow a busy location to be this understaffed on a Saturday morning

I order on the app which tells me to look for my order at the pick-up counter when it’s ready. After arriving and not seeing my order ready, I wait…while a huge line forms with people from the Convention Center. Only then does a barista say that if you’re here for pick-up, get in line to let us know. So I wait in the long line, tell them, at which time they tell me they don’t have the ingredient for one of my orders. I order a new coffee, which is placed in the queue behind this new long line. Super efficient. Now I have two cold breakfast sandwiches and one cold coffee.

This Starbucks is right by the Pasadena Convention Center and has a bit of a hidden bonus — there’s a large hall next door where you can also sit and drink your coffee, so seating feels almost unlimited. Definitely a plus if you’re visiting during an event.
The coffee was good, and we went with oat milk, since we were told Starbucks soy milk comes with sugar and vanilla by default. Staff seemed a bit over it when we came through — maybe they weren’t expecting a rush — but we got what we needed.
Convenient spot if you’re at the convention centre or nearby attractions.

I don't frequent Starbucks very often, but I was in Pasadena for the past couple of days & needed a place to hang out & pass the time. I had Starbucks gift cards, so this is where I choose to go. The employees both mornings were super friendly & very quick with completing my orders. The store & bathrooms were clean. There are outside tables, as well as multiple tables inside the Convention Center. I was here when there was not an event at the Convention Center, so it was a very quiet & pleasant place to pass the time. Based on the service of the employees, I would definitely come back to this Starbucks.

Never got my coffee. 2 people working a conference at the Conf Center. They did not know what they were doing at all. Very disorganized. I had to leave after 45 minutes of waiting in an overcrowded store. They work with heads down so you can’t ask them where your order is.
Location appears to be closed. But there is another around the corner 👍

Overpriced with poor delivery. A quarter of my iced macha latte was foam. Then when ask asked for a refill, they refused saying that macha lattes are not covered by the refill policy, yet there is no exclusions on the Starbucks website. So not only is the quality lower and over priced, but they do not honor their own policies. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Went to this Starbucks during a massive work event. The line was put the door and the staff still got orders out within minutes. The drink was also well-made! They did an awesome job under pressure!
