Literally just bought Starbucks down the street and forgot to use the restroom. I stopped at the next Starbucks I saw and showed them that I was just at Starbucks and made a purchase and asked to use the restroom. The rep, Adele was pretty useless. She claims they just adopted a policy that requires everyone to make a purchase before using the restroom. Therefore I had to pay to use the bathroom. Lol
CRAZY. Don’t come here and definetly don’t ask Adele for a favor. She’s far from helpful.

I will be moving from the area but I have enjoyed this team. Each Barista that I have encountered has always been kind, they smile and just have fun! I love this location and am thankful for them.

How’s this for a review:
I came in here while I was waiting for my car to be repaired when it acted up unexpectedly this morning. After sitting for a few minutes I was told by an employee that I had to make a purchase if I wanted to stay. A new policy put in this year, “I’m sorry,” they said.
I’ve been a loyal starbucks gold card customer for decades and I have never been harassed like this at a starbucks for simply sitting there. It was as if my very presence was offensive, like I was some sort of criminal. Doubly disturbing considering the stressful morning I’d had to far. So I walked 1/2 mile to a public library, the last place that doesn’t try to suck money out of you at any cost.
I thought starbucks was a nice place to spend some time, but now I see it has been sacrificing it’s reputation for a desire for profit at all costs. It’s time to find a new coffee place.

Consistently solid experience at this Starbucks. The coffee is reliable, and the menu has a good range of drinks and snacks for all tastes. Staff are usually friendly and efficient, though service can slow down during peak hours.
The space is clean and great for a quick stop or getting some work done if there’s seating available. Mobile ordering is super convenient. Prices are on the higher side, but you know what you are getting. Overall, a dependable spot for your caffeine fix.

I wasn't treated with a welcoming service there. I was just sitting there for five minutes after coming from a long walk down foothill Blvd from a job interview. I asked one of the girls that was working there that was cleaning the sugar and napkins area if they were hiring, and her response right away was that I couldn't be inside if I didn't purchase anything. She didn't even answer my question and threw me off by asking me to leave! Even if I hadn't purchased anything at that moment, you just don't tell someone that out of courtesy. That was very unprofessional service and unwelcoming and I am glad I am never again going to set foot in this Starbucks.
Great services, please keep it up!
Gus was very kind and super helpful in helping my nursing classmates get coffee quickly during a break yesterday. He's a really great human!
I absolutely love the amazing welcoming service provided by Gus, Alex, Moody, Brandon, Erica, and all the other wonderful staff that work there. Each one of them provides consistent, excellent welcoming, dedicated service. In a world that’s full of demands this location makes you feel like you’re coming to a loving home. There are many regulars that go there and they take the time to make everyone feel appreciated and show interest in their customers always making all who go there feel welcome. Their dedication and love for what they do comes through in the welcoming, comfortable atmosphere they create in their store, their service and delicious drinks/food they provide. I was so impressed to see Gus so dedicated in his work that he goes over and beyond to maintain in the store, and displays looking so clean and carefully maintained. Each of these team members works so well together and take pride in their work and dedication to their customers. Thank you, Starbucks Sierra Madre Villa for all you do. 💞🙏🏻

Good service, very friendly
I love their coffees but I come to this place every 15 days I realize that their workers do not treat everyone the same every time I go I ask for hot coffee I see that everyone gets a toothpick for the lid and also a cover for hot drinks except for Latino people, because there are more American people in this area, it doesn't seem fair to me, we all pay the same, we should have the same service..
Good drinks and really nice people!
Travel with my wife to visit family members. Woke up early because of jet lag. Had a great breakfast here. 👍

This is to compliment the staff at this Starbucks. Especially towards their supervisor Monica.
I had ordered a drink using the Starbucks app with their coupon for a half price beverage (thank you btw). My drink was waiting for me.
While I was there, arrived a gentleman who demanded that they refund him the difference for his drink, because for someone reason he felt entitled to the special price at 6:20pm.
Bottom line for this review.
I want to write about the great customer service. In retail, finding people to smile and enjoy coming to work is difficult. This starbucks is lucky to have the staff that it does (and I forgot to ask the other young lady's name, she was wonderful). Just remember, these people come to work with their best intentions. Don't be a jerk and blame them when you can't follow directions and don't get your way.
