I had ordered a drink using the Starbucks app with their coupon for a half price beverage (thank you btw). My drink was waiting for me.
While I was there, arrived a gentleman who demanded that they refund him the difference for his drink, because for someone reason he felt entitled to the special price at 6:20pm.

As I entered the coffee shop, Monica said, "Welcome" I will be with you in one moment. She was. Smile on her face, ask what I would like to order. That just made my day. Keep up the great attitude.
