Pumpkin spice. Quick Wi-Fi and the app was a breeze. Wish you turned on the Wi-Fi after hours though

Every time I go there, I order a hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso, but the taste of hazelnut is much weaker than in other places.

I would give them -3 if possible, they tried to charge me 13$ for a frappe. With all the add ons it’s never been over 10$ that’s kinda sick for them to even think that’s okay. Avoid this star bucks by all means. The manager didn’t help at all either. Very goofy. This is why there needs to be the type of people that start bucks was made for to begin with not mixing the type of people. This creates too much free will for judgement

Wow! The drive through at this Starbucks location is an example of shoe horning a drive thru on a tiny property (likely due to crazy property costs in Pasadena/San Marino)Overall, getting/using the drive thru here isn't easy...particularly if you're exiting the freeway and going south on San Gabriel Blvd. Don't bother, it's too complicated.I was driving north on San Gabriel Blvd heading to the 210...you get to the drive thru via an alley. From E Foothill Blvd, you can only enter the parking lot if you're going west.Also, significant if you're exiting the freeway and going south on San Gabriel Blvd....pass this location by because getting to the drive thru is too complicated (and time consuming) it's not worth it.Also, the location has like 2 parking spots..from what I observed while in line...I don't think you can enter the store... just a walk up window. Strangely, they have standard green umbrella near the front of the "building".Perhaps because the baristas in this store know the challenges of the people using the drive thru and they don't have to deal with in store orders...the service was very fast...and friendly with a perfect execution of my very simple order (a drink and brownie). If I'm in the right situation...going N. On San Gabriel (heading toward the 210) or heading west on E Foothill...I'll come back but other than that...I'm going somewhere else.

My absolute favorite Starbies!! ? Makes my latte correct every time, when I order ahead on the app, it is always on time. Pastries nice and warm, the team no matter the shift is always approachable and kind.

If you're in a rush, don't bother with the mobile. They go faster in the drive thru and somehow lose your mobile order and d9nt even rush to fix it. Work on your customer service.15 min to et a mobile

I ask for a latte and emphasize extra whip so they don’t forget. Well tonight she forgot. She also didn’t want to give me a sleeve so I don’t burn my hands like last time! What is wrong with these people. Are they just stupid or do they just want to piss people off! Excuse me! For $5+ I think you could get one drink correct!! This happens once a week which ever Starbucks I go to. Maybe they need more training and less chatting with their co-workers.

A deceased fly appeared floating in my drink after already taking sips before noticing. Was already having a bad day then this lol. But to the barista making the drinks, how tf is it not noticeable that a giant green horse fly is floating at the top of a drink???? The person who took my order was nice & apologized & gave me a refund, but didn't seem shocked at all which was a bit unsettling. Luckily I didn't get sick but this made me so sad and disgusted.
