My batista was rude, kept rushing me and I didn't get my phone scanned. Yes, was a line forming but I had others who i was ordering for as well. So, yes, it was taking a minute. When I asked about getting my points, all she said was that I could call and get them. Do you know about all the steps you have take just to get your points? Horrible service to a senior! Not helpful or patient!

Good coffee, quick service, and it fits the local Pasadena vibe. A bit louder and slightly messier than other Starbucks locations I’ve been to, but the team was fast and very friendly. The space has a cool, urban feel with exposed brick and local photo art, which gives it character. It’s not the quietest place to work, but great for a casual stop or quick caffeine fix.

I stopped by this Starbucks location tonight while I was in Pasadena to eat at a place across the street from here. Since I was early, I figure I would get a Mango Dragonfruit while I wait for other people to show up.
I parked at the parking garage across the street because there complimentary parking until a certain time. When I came tonight, they had a lot of people inside an hour before they close. The barista was also the one taking the order and she was polite with me. She made my drink quick and put light ice like I asked. My drink was good and I drank it inside the store while I waited.

This was a delightful surprise. Our party of four were well served with well prepared food. From fish to portobello ravioli to a steak a dinner well done.
I had one of the limited edition drinks, which was an iced lavender oat milk latte. It was fairly nice.

Vegetarian options: There are only a few vegetarian options so I would recommend the pesto, mozzarella, and tomato sandwich or the pumpkin bread if you are looking for some good options.
Dietary restrictions: I am personally lactose intolerant so they have a variety of lactose free options and they don’t charge extra for them, which a lot of places do.

It's Fall Yall....pumpkin spice is sooooo nice. This Starbucks in Pasadena CA. Was nice and clean. With a purchase you can get a code for the bathroom. It's hard to find public bathrooms downtown. So I appreciate this place.

First time at this location. Hotel was close and we mobile ordered. Tasted like my normal order. Staff was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. Order was ready in a timely fashion. Plenty of room to sit and relax too.

What I really like in Starbucks is the fact that you know what you will get in terms of food, price, and work facilities. The place was quiet with great background music. I was able to finish my paper. YEY. Unlike other Starbucks, I didn't freeze while I was working. The grapes on the box were old and not eatable. Please take into your attention.
