I had the pleasure of being helped by Vanessa at the Starbucks inside Target on 777 E. Colorado in Pasadena, and she absolutely stood out. Despite a long line and being the only barista on duty, she handled the rush with incredible grace, speed, and a genuine smile. Vanessa has a rare quality in customer service — the kind of ownership and care you’d expect from someone who runs the whole company. Starbucks is lucky to have her!

Jordan was hands down the worst Starbucks associate I’ve ever come across and Starbucks is a daily thing for me.. the moment I approached I asked if they were still open because his back was towards me and he was doing something in the sink. And he came with a disgusting attitude and asked what I wanted, I told him and mid sentence before I was even done talking he walks away and says ok. He proceeds to make the drink and of course messes up because he wasn’t listening and was just ready to clock out. The WONDERFUL African American lady who was SO NICE AND SWEET remade it for me. I didn’t catch her name but she made My night. I’m not sure how such a sweet person could work beside a person like him. He approaches and says to her, I made it how he wanted it.. and I stopped him and said No, I said no ice, atleast twice. I’m not sure how such and immature and negative even got hired.The quality and desperation of Starbucks to hire has reached a new low.

They're cool people there. Unlike other Starbucks that are filled with happy people, servers here are low-key nice and friendly. I'm a fan because they're not as crowded as the other branches and of course, they make the drinks correctly.
