The staff is kind and professional. Had someone in line at register holding up everyone in line as she was complaining about the V on the menu and that the staff didn’t know vegan from vegetarian, cause they couldn’t read and needed to eat some meat to not be so hangry. Still the two ladies (Shellsea and Vanessa) stayed cool under pressure. Working here with so many types of personalities must be hard to stay professional. Good job ladies! I would come back when in the area!
I had the pleasure of being helped by Vanessa at the Starbucks inside Target on 777 E. Colorado in Pasadena, and she absolutely stood out. Despite a long line and being the only barista on duty, she handled the rush with incredible grace, speed, and a genuine smile. Vanessa has a rare quality in customer service — the kind of ownership and care you’d expect from someone who runs the whole company. Starbucks is lucky to have her!
They're cool people there. Unlike other Starbucks that are filled with happy people, servers here are low-key nice and friendly. I'm a fan because they're not as crowded as the other branches and of course, they make the drinks correctly.
