I come to Starbucks because it is consistent. This location is the worst, slow, unfriendly service and the coffee is awful. Milk is always way too hot and they don’t care about customer service at all. Last time where i waiting 25 min for a mobile order that said 4-7min

I used to prefer to yo to this starbucks than the actual stores however that changed after 5 different instances where the wait was unacceptable. Coffeee took more than 15 Minutes.

Today, I just wanted a water, being it was hot and intolerable weather outside. Also, it was for my little man needing water for his meds. I had forgotten to purchase water, and decided to go get water from Star$$ last minute.
Anyhow, I was in a rush. The barista, he was tired but helped me out. I couldn't make out his name tag (Jackson?), but I am giving props to him. He gave me a 26 oz cup of ice (filled to the top as I had requested) and water. He did this as quick as he could and was polite. Normally, we just get a tiny cup, but today, I am blessed that Jackson can read my mind in this extremely hot weather to give me a nice cold cup of water. Many many thanks. And bless you for reading my mind! Hope that whatever you are going through will be resolved. Very very grateful to him! ?

I swear the lady who works here purposely doesn't make my orders until there are literally no other orders to make. I have watched her work through full lines of people after my order was supposed to be finishes according to the app. I went in to get a refresher, and she hadn't started it until 5 minutes after it was supposed to be finished, and even then it was another employee. Repeatedly I see my order on the top of their screen and they will wait until I ask them about it to begin making it.

Ok, good service and standard Starbucks food and coffee which some love some hate. I like the coffee at Starbucks. The place is within a supermarket, so rather a pickup place when you're on the go
This is inside a grocery store, but it’s still the same quality Starbucks you expect as far as flavor.I just ordered their pistachio cold brew. The coffee was strong and the pistachio cream was a great addition overall.I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.
