got two coffees and a cake pop. The coffees came out super fast, but I had to wait like 20 minutes just for the cake pop — and it looked all melted and messed up when I got it. I honestly don’t get it… did they heat it or something? Really disappointing.

I didn’t get any food from this particular Starbucks, but I did order a drink called the Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte, made without ice and a large iced water. The drink was amazing, put together with perfection. The service was just as great: quick, friendly, and efficient. There was a line when I arrived, but since I had placed my order through the app, my drink was ready within minutes. The staff were super friendly too. The ambience was what you’d expect from Starbucks: inviting and well-decorated. This isn’t my usual location, but I had taken my kids to a nearby park on my day off and decided to stop in for a pick-me-up, since I was starting to feel tired. It’s in the shopping center with Vallarta and the Chase Bank on Fairoaks and North Orange Grove in Pasadena. All in all, I’d definitely stop by this Starbucks again whether just for myself or with friends or family. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a drink.

If you want to use a restroom or wash your hand just be sure that you have to order first. Otherwise they don't care you. Thats new policy what a staff member said

Annoying workers, they only let you use the bathroom if you buy something. Only Starbucks I've been to that employs this stupid rule.

They didn't let us use the restroom without paying for something first. Service was also mediocre.

Purchase to use restrooms. I shop at all kinds of Starbucks everywhere. To be asked to buy something is low class. Don't shop at low class Starbucks.

Beyond friendly. I showed up pretty quickly for my online order one lady greeted each customer and made sure she knew what they needed even offered water one who I assume had waited a moment and another lady in the back was boppin her head to a song while making coffee it was just a nice atmosphere very pleasant

Drove from one Starbucks in the Eaton burn area. Met my husband who is working at clearing debris from burn area. Holding my Starbucks cup, half drank, and asked for bathroom code. Starbucks works said if you didn't purchase your Starbucks from this location, we won't be giving you the bathroom code. Wow, we'll done Starbucks. Will make sure I never make an actual purchase from this Starbucks.

Been coming to this Starbucks for the last year since I’ve had the area as a bus operator. Most days I’d purchase a drink via mobile app in the a.m so that it’ll be ready by the time I’d reach the stop to be able to get back on my route without any delays. Some days I’d take my 15 min break in the area and would stop by for the second time of the day just for a quick restroom break. Usually given a code with a smile and a “have a great day” when I’m exiting but today. Wow today, I was told (in uniform) that I had to purchase something in order to use the restroom and or get water. What a coincidence that the new policy started today. Now, I’m no royalty or should be given special treatment but I’d think if someone came in with a bus operator uniform and safety vest that didn’t want to purchase anything would be obvious that “hey he/she may just be in route and has to go.” I think I’m more disappointed because I didn’t even bring a wallet in with me to even purchase something if I had too or in knowing that I’d have to spend $6+ for the restroom because my drink and danish is $6+ every morning. Maybe a sign should be placed stating “no public restrooms” instead of me asking for the code then being told “did you make a purchase? Starting today the restrooms and cups of water are available for customers who purchase something.” Well, now I know… I guess.
