I didn’t get any food from this particular Starbucks, but I did order a drink called the Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte, made without ice and a large iced water. The drink was amazing, put together with perfection. The service was just as great: quick, friendly, and efficient. There was a line when I arrived, but since I had placed my order through the app, my drink was ready within minutes. The staff were super friendly too. Beyond friendly. I showed up pretty quickly for my online order one lady greeted each customer and made sure she knew what they needed even offered water one who I assume had waited a moment and another lady in the back was boppin her head to a song while making coffee it was just a nice atmosphere very pleasant
If it's your first or second time at this location, and if you do a mobile order, your order may be on the side by the door next to Chase Bank. They will NOT tell you this. So, if you're standing all dorkish waiting to hear your name and thinking they forgot all about you, nope, it's just that your diminishing hot drink is on the other side hiding behind the line of people waiting to order their drink from the register. It would help though if they had a sign on...
