We eat at Stonefire often and I never think to leave a review. Last night we dined in & tried a few new items on the menu, in addition to our old favorites. The banh mi pizza and cornbread were both a 10!!! Everytime we go, the food is delicious and the service is impeccable. Last night we were helped by Megan & Hayden, in addition to so many others who frequently checked in on us and asked how we were doing. Thank you Stonefire for consistently providing amazing food and excellent service.

I ordered delivery 10/9, French dip, Cole slaw, cake, a total disaster, worst meat imaginable, so tough and stringy it could not be eaten by a human, Cole slaw had no dressing but it did have RANCID peanuts, seriously, an alleged horseradish sauce was full of garlic, couldn’t even get near it, the whole thing tasted fishy, yes, like the taste of fish, omg, I will never order from this place again and it used to be great, not long ago. Very sad, SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ANYWHERE ELSE, STONEFIRE GARBAGE SHOULD CLOSE.

Came for lunch and all the food we ordered didn't come at same time. Also the fettuccine noodles were very chewy. And the half rack of ribs were tender but the rub was not great. ( 26$) and the lunch specials are not served on saturdays...but I didnt see it posted on the menu they have in the front. Probably won't go back....

Server Hayden and Manager Bobby were excellent in there consistent checking in with me and my party to make sure we were during our wait time and constantly apologized for having waited longer than initially anticipated. They both gave 100% maximum effort to accommodate my party. The service by Hayden, Bobby and the rest of the staff were impecable. Bringing out dishes with great timing. Service with a smile and attending to ALL of our needs. I felt like my party were the VIPs. Polite, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and had an answer for every concern we had. My party and family will continue to come back to Stone Fire Grill with this amazing. Thank YOU again to Bobby, Hayden and the rest of the SFG staff tonight(9/22/24). You ALL went above and beyond to give exceptional service to my party and family. Keep up the great work.

I recently ordered takeout from Stonefire Grill in Pasadena, CA. They were super busy and my order was made in correctly. I went back the next day and spoke to the manager. Not only did he refund my original meal but offered to have it remade for me at no cost. The manager's name is Caesar. He treated me as a valued customer and as always the food was excellent. Caesar's customer service and caring attitude went above and beyond what I expected!

This is the most unique restaurant I’ve ever been to! You don’t have to wait to be seated or wait to orderOR wait for waiter to finally notice you to give you a refill ! You start by ordering your food first then you sit wherever you want, food is delicious from pizza to lemon garlic roasted chicken! Ribs! They have the best Caesar salads,Plus I love that the food comes out super fast, and self serve on drinks they have a variety of them ! Ruby the manager was so attentive with our party for best friends bday . Love this place truly unique experience ❤️

Great customer service! At the beginning we were so confused. It looked like a traditional restaurant and we waited to be seated. Table was ready but no one leaded us. Then we found out we should order first. Finally we requested to be seated and studied the menu. After group discussion, ordered was placed. We were told the Tri Tip was a must try. The manager helped us to exchanged our order from chicken to tri tip. Afterwards, we found an item that we didn't make. The manager was very nice to adjusted for us and told us to keep that item. Somehow the adjustment on the receipt showed the tips was credited to my card as well. Since they had great service, how can't we pay the tips
