I always pass by here and decided to eat here. Me and my children love the food. "The food was delicious" one child said. The staff were so amazing and super friendly. Excellent customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a great experience here and will definitely come again. P.S. get the cheesecake ?

Personally, I think this restaurant is very delicious. At a time when everything is going up, the fact that it can still maintain low prices makes me highly recommend it! The BBQ Tri Tip was tender and juicy, the pork ribs were unfortunately a bit dry, the Caesar salad and garlic breadsticks were generous and very tasty!
EVERYTHING was terrible and horrible food, the only thing that had more or less flavor was machine coke.

Ruby is the best example of management that I have seen. She is so accommodating and respectful to her staff and her customers. 1st time here and it's somewhat unorthodox. You order like a fast food chain at the front reception area, seat yourself, grab your own drinks and have to get back in line to reorder anything in general. Food was ok, not the best. Food was warm not cold. I ordered for 3 and the portions were great but the personal Mac n cheese looks like it was made straight out of those grocery store boxes. Ironically the staff was overall the best part of the night, everyone was friendly and courtous and that's why I put 4 star.

Amazing experience throughout. I love their breadsticks with their Cesar dressing as a dip. Dulce, our server was so helpful and explained to me there's a membership to save $10 on your first order. The tri-tip did come out more on the rare side, however the servers were able to rectify the problem by making a new order. Every visit to stonefire has been great but this is one of those exceptional experiences. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Service was super quick. Place orders with the cashier, get a pager with your order number, find a table, and they bring your food to your table. Drinks are also self served at the soda fountain. Utensils and to go boxes next to the soda fountain. I like that they offer larger serving sizes, for 2 or 4 people. Perfect place for gatherings. The French dip has enough meat to make 2 sandwiches! The outside patio is nice with just the right amount of shade. Parking is not bad considering it is Pasadena after all.
