No other fountain drink options, just soda & lemonade. Friendly service was absent.

They do not have a restroom for customers because they are greedy & want to keep it to themselves for the employees. I've been in much smaller subways with restrooms for customers. This is very inconsiderate of them to be this way.

I visited a friend who is in a hospice. He's dying of cancer and we were spending a really special day watching the playoffs for football. I decided to order a couple of sandwiches for the occasion since Philadelphia was playing I decided to order a couple of Philadelphia style cheese steak sandwiches. Talk about disappointing period. I spent $50 on two of the worst sandwiches I've ever had in my life exclamation point I've tried several times to contact the store on the phone and can't get anything but a recording saying the mobile customer is not available I saved one of these sandwiches and took pictures of it as well. I just want everybody to know do not order from the store. Simply terrible.

They start closing at 6 even though they open until midnight. Had lady is rude and they serve very little portions so you mostly end up with bread

They never answer the phone, I ordered 5 sandwiches and they were all decent except my sandwich which was the chicken with bacon. The bacon tasted really bad and went I looked at it. It was incredibly soggy and discolored. My guess is that the bacon was expired.

Friendly service and very clean environment. But the food quality has dropped a lot. Although generous portions, The bread and the fillings are not fresh. I can't put my finger on it because I'm a regular but you never really satisfied. This is not a problem with any store as they all feel taste the same. It's a problem with the corporate suppliers. The meat and the veggies are not normal.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying an Italian BMT foot-long sandwich, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This store really got on my nerves. I ordered $76 worth of food on 6/10/2024 and I received less than half of my order. The store never picks up their phone and the app has not answered me about a refund or anything else they will do to help resolve this issue. I want to order Subway again, but I am afraid that I will get the same result and that store doesn’t answer their phone.

March 26, 2024, I got there at 11:48pm, the map said they closed at 12am, right when we parked, an employee (a woman) went up to the door and locked up the doors. If you're closing hours aren't at 12AM, change it to 11:48pm

They didn’t have water cups. I asked if I could get a soda cup just to drink water and they said no. They expect you to not drink any water the whole time and charge you for a soda cup just so that you can drink water. It’s not the customer’s fault Subway failed to order enough cups. Honestly kinda ridiculous. Refusing to give my group ONE small soda cup so we can share FREE WATER after spending $50+ on food is next level greed and poor customer service. Won’t be back.
