Stopped in to see what was new at Subway. I went later in the day and it was not that busy. I asked the staff member what was new and he gave me a few details on the new sandwiches available. The chicken, bacon, ranch was my first choice. The spicy Italian melt was my second 6-in sandwich. I liked being able to select the bread to be used. I think I will enjoy the Monterey cheddar with the CBR sub and the herb Italian with the hotshot Italian sub. I also ordered some potato chips....

Overall a decent Subway. The food is ok, the variety of vegetables makes it decently healthy. But the calorie counts are deceptively high. The bread is very calorically dense, and the meat seems a bit suspicious. The sauce also adds a significant amount. The place is clean and staff are nice though.

Every time I come here, the staff is always polite and friendly. I enjoy coming to this location and they have a full menu and drink selection.It is in the middle of Downtown Pasadena so it is large enough to serve many, but friendly enough to come anytime and have a meal by yourself while doing some work.
