ordered the Nozawa Trust Me and it did not disappoint! fish was fresh and brought out at a good pace - never went too long between plates, but also didn’t feel rushed. ordered some of the limited selection as well, and they were delicious (uni & eel)! highly recommend this place if you’re a sushi lover
Went here for lunch with my sister and everything was amazing. We each got the regular "Trust Me" menu and added a couple limited items. The fish was so fresh and delicate, it melts in your mouth. The rice was the perfect texture and temperature, and delicately seasoned. I like the way they bring things out one or two at a time so that each one is super freshly made. The yellowtail was sublime, and the halibut was surprisingly good (don't think I've ever had...
Just, ahhh-mazing! I don't know what they do to their fish but they are so buttery and melts in your mouth. When I think of SUGARFISH, I think of CONSISTENCY! They have not once disappointed us! Keep up the great work!
