My first time at Sushi Enya, and it did not live up to the hype for us. Like others have said, rather than let the freshness of the seafood shine or impress with the quality of the sushi rice, muchbof the offerings was overpowered by sauce. In addition, the service was lackluster, particularly for a Japanese restaurant. Guys, what’s with the chip-thin rolls? Honestly, it feels like a cheap marketing move to make you think you’re getting more for their overpriced sushi. Both rolls were completely overpowered by sauce. The service and atmosphere were great, but I wouldn’t come back. There are much better spots at this price point.
Sushi Enya is my husband and i’s favorite sushi spot. We come here every other month and order way too much. Everything is so fresh and delicious. They have all my favorites (halibut, snapper, mackerel, uni). The staff is wonderful and always very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back next!
