Was very fresh and tasty! Our waiter was amazing, didn't catch her name but was very good experience overall.

It was a chill and relaxing experience. Not a lot of people were there due to the fact it was a Tuesday night, which was perfect because it can be crowded on the weekends. The food was delicious and their drinks were good as well. It is great for date night or even going with friends / family. Very elegant but not overly elegant. Def 5/5

Great service! Was there for happy hour celebrating a friend's birthday. Great service and food! Thank you for allowing us to stay there for nearly 6 hours!

It was very noisy. Hard to have a conversation. The wagu beef skewer tasted old. Off Couldn't eat it. The albacore sushi was very small. Tastes less We liked the miso soup The tempera vegetables were okay. But should have had small pieces As we were sharing. Big chunk of Broccoli. Not enough Disappointed.

Great selection of sushi, super fresh and tasty! Sat in the bar area. They had a DJ playing some great music and everyone was having a blast. Great location in old town Pasadena. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved the food and service. It’s not inexpensive but worth the price.

Liana M treated out so well. Loved her style and knowledge of the menu.

My other friends shared five rolls that all looked good.

I intended to share my two non-sushi items with another friend. The rib eye wrapped asparagus hit the spot with enough to share. And the four bacon wrapped shrimp were so tasty but not enough to share. Oh and the ribeye well tasted so good I ate them all. Sorry-Not-Sorry, Shavon.

Next time I will request the same table, number 33. Loved how we were in the middle of the restaurant but tucked into intimate corner. Greet design and use of space.

Have been to Sushi Roku many times and it’s always a solid experience. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, stylish yet comfortable, and their recent updates made the space even nicer. It’s so green and lush!

The food quality is consistently good, and the presentation is beautiful. As a vegan, my options are currently a bit limited, but what I have had has always been fresh and delicious. For anyone who eats fish or meat, the menu is much more extensive and creative.

Their wine list is strong, and even though wines by the glass run between $16 and $20, I’ve always found the selections to be excellent. The cocktails are also really well made.

The host stand is always welcoming, and the service overall has been consistently attentive and friendly. On a few occasions I’ve had a server who was truly fantastic, not only efficient but also genuinely warm and positive, which made the meal that much more enjoyable.

It is on the pricier side and the bill can add up quickly, but between the food, service, and overall ambience, Sushi Roku is one of my favorite spots in Old Pasadena for a special night out. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because of the limited vegan options, but if you are a fish eater, this would very likely be a five star restaurant for you!

We've been to Sushi Roku in Santa Monica but this was our first visit to the Pasadena location. Both my boyfriend and I had a long day at work and just wanted to come relax and have a nice dinner— that's exactly what we got! The food was delicious and the drinks recommended by our server Gary were amazing! He was extremely attentive. Will definitely be back.

I had a great experience. The food was very tasty and delicious service was very prompt and understanding and the sake and non-alcoholic beverages were amazing as well.

Honestly I have a dedicated Sushi place in West Hollywood but I can't find anything that I did not like about this place. Here is my biggest criticism: There are very limited selections of rolls. For example I like Salmon and there was truly only one choice, but it was good.

This used to be a great sushi spot, but the quality has really gone downhill. Honestly, this was the worst sushi I’ve had!!!

Nestled in Miller Alley, just off the main strip of old town Pasadena. It's such a cute place with a great bar, small lounge area, modern indoor and outdoor patio areas, and great service. The service is so nice and pleasant -very SoCal chill, and the food is delicious. The lunch specials are tastey and thoughtful. There is something for everyone. The experience will leave you feeling very satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful experiences. Will be back soon!

One of the first elevated hi end sushi restaraunts and one of the best. I usually go to the Hollywood location, first time to this one in Pasadena. Everything including drinks was as expected.
