Tonight was our first time here. Everyone (employees) we met in this place was super friendly and nice. Sushi and sashimi are good. I love their cocktail - tried sundown on sunset. Pretty good.

Food is kind of overpriced for the quality and quality of the sushi. Got some roll, and came with very average ingredients, nothing making it worth it's price tag. However despite food being meh, ambiance is relatively high end and waiters are relatively

Spicy tuna was overcooked. Service was subpar. Asked for limes and sauce to complement my meal and it never came. They automatically will add a 20% gratuity without earning it, clearly. Not recommended all. Subpar experience all around.

Been here many times and can say that food is pretty consistent. I've sat in the bar, the lounge, outside, inside, but I recommend sitting at the sushi bar. The service is direct and instant, not so much for the rest of the place. The staff has its ups and downs, I mean people are people, so ymmv there. Weekdays and early evenings provide the best ambiance. I try to stay away from opinions on the food since taste is subjective and I'm not Elmer Dills or Jonathan Gold. If you have no idea who either one of them are you have probably TicToc'd or Shorted most of your dining experiences. I do believe the cleanliness has slipped and there is not the attention to detail there once was. It's not filthy or anything but they used to keep it spotless and the staff and management were always on top of things. Overall Sushi Roku is a good option for the area. Good sushi is expensive and I'm willing to pay for it however I may consider other options for a nice night out. I've moved out of the area and driven back for this place but I'll consider other spots next time.

Mid week dining started with Happy Hour menu. Smaller portions and a little smaller price. Main course sushi combo was way overpriced. Calamari was a disappointment. The fish was fresh but now Wow factor. Drinks were also small. The dollar is shrinking.

It's a good sushi spot, a couple of nigiri that weren't as fresh as others. The staff are so nice, very helpful with allergies and all round a nice experience. The atmosphere is lovely.

While the ambience and beverages were great, the service left a lot to be desired, and the sushi quality didn't match the prices. We often felt forgotten by the wait staff and had to request spoons for the soups, etc. Overall, felt over priced and the service was poor.

This is 1 Star for the hostesses who will impact on your business if they are not getting their hospitality aligned with your business needs. Both young Ladies showed attitude the minute we walked in by whispering each others' ears when I tried to check in. Seems both were confused or couldn't accommodate. Then one of them told me that I can be seated in the lounge area where I politely told them that my reservation is for a standard seating. Then more whispering happened and the other young lady told me that we can seat you but you have to finish your dinaing in an hour (or exactly as she stated "we will need that table at 7:30). This is ridiculous, if I made a reservation and no rules were provided at the time of reservation for table occupancy you don't surprise me when I am there. Also, one hour of seating is unheard of to any dining places. Not sure what they were thinking to having that type of attitude and asking me with children to finish our dining in an hour. I am local and regular patroon to your business where I also take my guests at time to Sushi Roku. I have not seen those ladies before but their presence will make me think twice going forward and I will make sure that my work friends and families know about Roku's greeting hostess unprofessional attitude who can't manage simply the seatings without complication. Same time, our waitress, Lianna, was amazing and very, very professional and provided perfect service. Shame that those two front end ladies have to tarnish dinner. I am sure management can easily figure out who was handling front desk on 12/27 at 6:30pm.

Very average food, but poor given the price point. Tempura was bad: greasy and heavy veg. “Waygu” beef skewers were chewy and unpleasant to eat. Sushi was fine. Food took quite some time to come out. Service was good, we were check in on often.

We saw the server only once during the meal when he took our initial food and drink order. When we flagged him down to get the check, the server apologized for ignoring us during our dinner by explaining that they were terribly understaffed. After paying the bill and providing a reasonable 20% tip, I complained about the service to the restaurant manager before leaving.

Last time I've been to Sushi Roku was about 10+ yrs ago. Recently came here with my daughter and we were both little disappointed. Since there are so many sushi spots these days, sushi Roku needs to drop their price to be competitive with others or step up on their quality and presentation if they want to charge what they charge now.

Great ambience, great service, disappointed in the sushi. Review say that this restaurant has a Great Sushi, but I found to be a very unimpressive. Was truly disappointed in the quality of food, but everything else was amazing.
