The restaurant was fine. The server was nice and helpful, no issues there. But the person I ate lunch with got their food about 10 minutes before I got mine so we didn't eat at the same time. Makes for an awkward lunch when you eat separately. And it was a bit expensive for a lunch.

I recently dined at a sushi restaurant in Pasadena. It's conveniently located close to public parking, which was a plus. The sashimi combo was excellent, and the side dishes complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

Happened to be there during their opening week. Then returned with our family, 8 of us. We don't live locally and look for a reason to go. Got to return once again; just 3 of us were in town. Every time we have been here we left so satisfied. Absolutely delicious food, both the sushi and ramen were good quality and fresh. Our servers were very helpful and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Was pleasantly surprised at how really good this place was. Not that I had low expectations, but I’ll definitely be coming back again. We ordered the sashimi salad, Sushi combo B which had 8 large nigiri pieces plus a hand roll, the Gangnam roll (yummmm), and seared salmon nigiri which was my favorite. The flavors, the sizes, the cut of the fish was all chefs kiss. Plus! They played old school Usher, so vibing to good music while eating great food was a vibe.

Loved the salmon and the squid sushi. I wish that they had more dessert options but overall good experience.

This place has a lot of different sushi and sashimi options, as well as udon, ramen and bento boxes. Everything we ordered was impecable. Flavor, presentation, temperature. 10/10

Really bad experience with the customer service here. Waiter/host was extremely rude. Just such a bad vibe. Food is mediocre. Place is small and uncomfortable. Really bad experience overall. I don't get these good reviews at all!

I usually like to visit a place at least a couple of times before leaving a review. I was disappointed my first time and decided to give it one more try. Boy was that a mistake. The place is small and dirty. Food is average at best. Customer service is the worst. Last time here there was a hair in TWO of the dishes we ordered. TWO. nuff said.

Everything is BEYOND EXPECTATION. Found this nearby restaurant after running errands. End up being the best meal I’ve ever had in a while. Sashimis are FRESH and thick. Baked rolls are amazing, probably the best roll I’ve had in my life (I’ve been to Japan twice so I know what good stuff taste like) Highly recommend this place. It’s a must go in Pasadena.

Very good sushi, the mango cha cha roll is bomb, worth waiting a bit if necessary that’s the only downside but service was good food was best,

I was in Pasadena for work and craving sushi. Found this awesome place for lunch. Service was amazing and we got the Sushi B set. The hand roll that comes with the set is spicy tuna but we asked if they could substitute it with salmon. It was a $2 extra charge but well with it. All their sushi was super fresh and tasty. Especially the toro and salmon. Will definitely go back again! The restaurant had a cozy vibe and cool sushi bar. It would be a good date spot too.

This place had great reviews so me, and two friends came in. There was no line, and we got seated right away. However, when our food arrived everything was just mediocre. Everything was sweet. I don't know if they had sugar to the sushi rice or if it's the marinade, or if it's in the soy sauce. But absolutely everything tasted sweet and not savory. It was really disappointing. For all of the sushi pieces, you could tell that there was silver skin, so the knife work and quality of the fish was really compromised. It didn't feel like it was fresh, or good quality. The server also didn't check on us, and not that big deal, but I ordered a spicy tuna roll, and I got a cut roll served. Will definitely not be coming back.
