1 Star. Absolutely Ridiculous Experience
I placed an order online and chose to pick it up through the drive-thru, thinking it would be quick and easy. Big mistake. When I got to the speaker, they first claimed they didn’t have my order. Then suddenly they “found it,” but told me it was set for inside pickup like that somehow made it invisible to them until then.
I was told to pull up to the window, only to be told again that I needed to come inside to get it. Seriously? It’s the same bag of food why not just hand it to me? and now I’m being told it’s not even ready yet? ( it had been at least 15-20 minutes since the order had been placed )
So I go inside, frustrated, and tell them how ridiculous this all is. Instead of acknowledging the situation, the staff just kept repeating that the food wasn’t ready. I asked how this made any sense if I had ordered at the speaker, they’d have made the food while I was waiting at the window. One of them even said, “Yeah, that’s different though you picked inside pickup.”
This whole experience was unprofessional, unhelpful, and honestly just made no sense. A little common sense and customer service would go a long way.
Management needs to teach the young staff some customer service skills

Literal worst service ever. I went at 10 pm, the girl was speaking so fast I had to asl her to repeat herself where she proceeded to speak the same speed. The only distinguishable that she said was app. So I said no I won't be using app. My order was simple, taco Supreme meals, I even told her the number. One Pepsi one mango soda. I get to the window, they forget the Pepsi. I look in the bag no hot sauce. I ask for both, get home, the Pepsi is diet, the tacos are all wrong, just regular tacos and I can't help but feel it was intentional. Just miserable people trying to ruin other peoples nights. I will never in my life return to this location.

I did an mobile order. Before I got the food the people at taco bell already gave it to somebody else. I was left paying for a combo and not receiving my food. Super unsatisfied
