The food was great and came out quick! I come here fairly often. Fanny is always a great help and a beast with managing what seems like 5 stations. Not only did she run that kitchen like Gordon, she also was helpful with order updates. This location is beyond blessed to have a hard worker like her around. Great customer service and food every time.

Tender Greens – Pasadena Overall, everything was great. The food was very tasty and fresh. The restaurant has a large dining area with plenty of seating, which is very comfortable. Service was fast and efficient.
A small downside was that the tables on the patio were a bit dirty — they could use a more thorough cleaning and better maintenance throughout the day. The staff also seemed a little tired, but it didn’t affect the overall positive experience.
I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

It is a place that makes great tasting salads, has a nicely cooked marinated steak, seared Ahi tuna, and pretty good fried chicken west of the Mississippi. Parking is validated behind the restaurant for 1 hr free- thus, don't dawdle or you end up paying $4.50. But if you need to park in order to pick up up a to-go order, TG will validate your ticket to park in the garage. They are courteous, polite, and this online order was accurately put together!!!

Tender Greens in Pasadena is my go-to spot when I want to feel like I’m making responsible adult decisions without actually giving up flavor. The food is great — the grilled chicken tastes like it actually had a happy childhood, the mashed potatoes could solve most emotional problems, and the salads are so fresh they almost guilt-trip you into eating slower.
But the ambiance? Let’s just say it feels a little like eating in a very clean DMV. The lighting says “productivity,” not “relax and enjoy your meal,” and the décor is basically beige optimism. Still, the portions are solid, the menu has something for everyone, and you can always take your food to-go and pretend you ate in a place with mood lighting. Overall: great food, vibes under construction.

One of the dishes we ordered was the shrimp plate. The shrimp came out with blackened edges and looked burned. Also it took a very long time to get our order. A group that ordered two parties behind us in line got their order delivered 10 to 15 minutes before us. The rest of our orders were well prepared and tasted good.
