Once again, they forgot an item in my pickup order. This specific location is AWFUL about making sure all the ordered items make it into the bag, it truly boggles my mind. If you order to-go, plan to do their work for them and check that all your items made it into before you drive away.

Marketed as health food restaurant, but typical restaurant ingredient quality for the salad dressing... with high inflammatory seed oils mixed in. Rest of salad ingredients are clean, but by removing the dressing you end up with a standard salad that you can easily make at home for $2...

The amount of protein in the plate was insulting. Very poor protein portion. To top it off the chicken was super dry. I used to love tender greens but it really fell off. This was definitely the last time i’ll be having it.

Hit and miss with the food. Sometimes the meat is cold and sides can be dried out like they've been sitting. But when the food is fresh, very good and is like home cooking. Over all the resturaunt stays very busy and is genuinely good food. Everyone who works there is very friendly

This is my favorite TG location! The food is so good & the staff is REALLY nice. Every time I come to Pasadena for work, I roll through to this Tender Greens. Don't be scared off by the fact that they'll probably be going a catering order when you walk in. They're still VERY fast with service, both to go & for dine in. I always get the salt & pepper chicken plate with mashed potatoes & arugula salad. It's been my go to for YEARS. It's delicious, healthy & keeps me full for hours. This location has both indoor & outdoor seating. Love it!

Ordered a grill salmon plate. The salmon was good and not over cooked. They have a variety of sides to choose from.

I am on a low salt plan. They kindly helped me with figuring out low salt sides. They are able to accommodate me by cooking salmon without salt. Thank you for your help.

They have good house drink. I can’t remember what I ordered but it was good.

The place was clean. It was quiet enough to catch up with friends over a dinner.

I would and will go back in the future.

Consistently wasting the customer's time with mobile orders. What is the point of me ordering online beforehand to save time if you all are going to CONSISTENTLY start to prepare the food when I get here? Fix your system for the mobile orders, it is awful.

The employees are all amazing and deserve raises, all the other food was fantastic, but please PLEASE BRING BACK THE OG BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN :( I couldn’t even finish the fried chicken I ordered, it went from comfort food to over-seasoned fancy fried chicken

I had to wait more than 45 minutes for the delivery order, which caused the delivery person to miss the time when he was supposed to complete the delivery.

Came in 7/2 at 8:48pm to order. (They close at 9pm) and I was told the kitchen was closed by the cashier. Been to the Glendale location and was never refused service before 9pm. I stood at the register for several minutes before I was even acknowledged. No greeting or anything… By the time I was acknowledged (8:52 pm) she tells me the kitchen is closed and closes at 8:50p. This is STILL before 9pm. Then she has to get approval by the manager to take my order? Then proceeds to take someone’s order AFTER mine and never says the kitchen is ā€œclosedā€ just that it’ll be a ā€œwait.ā€ I’m sure they aren’t supposed to be refusing service before 9pm. If so, update your closing time. Very inconsiderate. I’ll be calling corporate and letting them know of the terrible and very clear discriminatory customer service at this location.
