Everything was cold. The steak I ordered looked like it was sitting on the grill didn’t look appealing at all I didn’t get my mashed potatoes in my order. I spent about $42 for one meal and I expected it to be fresh and good I love tender greens and this is just so disappointing. There was hardly any cheese on my “ Mac & Cheese” the chicken soup I got was beyond mid. Idk this really just left me hungry and upset.

I love Tender Greens but I’m not a huge fan of this location. Mostly because the parking is difficult. I drove around the block three times before I got a spot (sounds wimpy but an ordeal because of the one way streets of Pasadena).On my latest visit, I placed my order to go and got my number. Then I was waiting and watching others who ordered after me get their food. I went to inquire at the counter and my order had been started and then forgotten. They told me the whole order would be comped and got it to me pretty quickly after that.When I got home, I discovered that two items were missing, which was disappointing. I didn’t pay for them so I guess it’s ok but it made the meal incomplete.The food was good, it always is, and I like their practices as a business.
As a big fan of Tendergreens, I wanted to start off by saying we’ll always continue eating here no matter what. The food is delicious, healthy, and makes us feel good after we eat it. Today, we ordered and it seems like our order was forgotten. The whole restaurant got their food before ours. Christian was the only one who seemed to care where our food was. He helped us out a lot and tended to our needs when we were quite frustrated. He should be the manager of this location. He knew how to rush an order out and care about the customers. Thank you Christian!

This review is based off an Uber eats experience and even with a delivery the food was excellent.By far the best way to enjoy their meals is in their dining area. Today I had to get it delivered and I ordered a romaine Caesar salad with steak, a side of fried chicken and salmon. The Caesar salad was delicious and the steak strips were perfectly seasoned and also very tasty. The fried chicken pierces were my favorites of the dish and the salmon was also on point.This spot is definitely one of my favorite restaurants and their selection of food is excellent. I highly recommend this spot but be aware that Parking is limited to the street and peak times can be hard to park anywhere, but worth it when you can go.

Haven’t been here in awhile but it hasn’t changed (in a good way).Parking is the difficult part but there is plenty of seating inside.It’s clean and inviting inside. I like the lighting and always love their decor!I usually get their steak but this time got the Falafel and it was good! I especially liked the garlic sauce.It was a perfect environment for catching up with my friend for a few hours.

Wow, five stars for Angel all the way!!! He was great at recommending dishes and extremely attentive with delivering our food, checking in to make sure we were good and overall, providing excellent customer service and representing the brand well. I would do anything to keep him as a front of house employee. The food was tasty as well, so hats off to the chefs in kitchen! We ordered the fried chicken sandwich with a side arugula salad and chicken katsu bowl that came with greens with a carrot-ginger dressing. Everything was great and we would definitely come back. It was a little smoky in the restaurant when we dined there, so not sure if it was a vent issue, but otherwise, that was the only negative feedback when we went.
