Edward was an amazing Waiter, he anticipated our needs, was friendly and professional. Serving portions are similar to Claim Jumper, so you could share a meal as they could feed 2-3 people each.

My husband & I went here for the first time for our 12th anniversary dinner. Our server, Dennis, was very nice & friendly. We had a 8pm reservation. There were other guests in the restaurant at the time but it wasn't crowded like we thought it would be. But it was still a little noisier than expected. really enjoyed the atmosphere/ambiance, the food & the service was good too. The only thing I really didn't like, nor appreciate, was the fact that we chose to have our anniversary dinner at this restaurant, & I let them know this when I made the reservation, so when we ordered (2) separate desserts, we thought we would've gotten one as a complimentary dessert for our anniversary but we did not! Most other nice, fancy restaurants we've been to in the past for our anniversary have given us a free dessert but this place didn't! Also, even though it's nice that they have free parking behind the restaurant, it was kind of odd that we had to walk from the back, through the whole restaurant, passing other guests tables, just to get to the host desk. They really should have a host desk in the back too. Other than that, we enjoyed the restaurant & we will definitely go back again.

We held a graduation party in the private room last night. It was fabulous. Great service. Wonderful food and atmosphere. I have dined here before but this was our first party. The team did a great job. 5 stars!

Excellent service and food during Mother's Day brunch. Busy but not overwhelming, fresh oysters and great drinks!

The Arbour is a gem! Their amazing food is a standout, especially the incredible burgers and addictive garlic fries. Happy hour is a must, with a fantastic and rotating menu that keeps things exciting. And don't even get me started on Mitch and Lauren, the best bartenders around! Their skills and friendly vibe truly elevate the experience. For delicious eats, a lively happy hour, and top-tier service, The Arbour is the place to be.

Food was amazing, especially the sea bass. Service great - they rushed to get us out on time for a movie. Beautiful restaurant. The only downside is the noise level, it's really really loud. Next time I'll request a booth or corner table somewhere, because the center of the main dining room is so loud you can barely hear your dinner partners.

Meal booked last minute for pre-theatre. Short on time so only plumped for appetisers and dessert. Complimentary bread rolls were appreciated and delicious. My wife's beetroot & walnut dish was delicious as was my pasta & artichoke dish. I had a matcha mousse & pear dessert which looked and tasted great. My wife's tiramisu was less memorable. Service was excellent and all the team were friendly and helpful. One word of caution, the restaurant is unable to take contactless payments so my wife had to bale me out. This is the first time for a long time where I couldn't rely on Apple Pay.

Everything was just perfect, we had never been there before and it was a delightful surprise to find such an interesting restaurant. The chef was very creative, and everything tasted fantastic. Service was also attentive and pleasant. And the manager came up and asked us how we liked everything which was a nice touch. We will come again.

The food lacked flavor, I had to ask for lemon, salt and pepper to fix the lackluster pasta. Plus the dog bowl it was served in was for a kennel not a restaurant. However, our waiter was fabulous, kind and very attentive ! I will never dine here again.

The Arbour is a sensational sophisticated “grown ups” restaurant that did not disappoint. The sea bass was absolutely top notch, service was unpretentious and warm. A place where you can have a conversation with your other guests. Highly recommended.

This was once a good restaurant. Now it feels like they just don't care about the customers. Rushing people through meals. Restaurant could be so much better. Food is very good. Needs a new manager potentially or the current one should pay more attention to his service
