felt mildly betrayed by the outdated paper menus, my sense of pricing was off from the jump.. the stuffed mushrooms were alright: fragrant, lightly cheesy than full melt, but very oily, which did double as a bread dip. the mushrooms themselves skewed more bitter than expected though; decent food, nothing bad but nothing great either, though the interior is absolutely stunning compared to their other locations, just that their service felt oddly distant once again and price per value really wasn't there 😔

Had such a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory today. From the moment I sat down, the service was top-tier—attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming.
The bartender, Karle, truly stood out. Friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced, she made incredible drinks and created such an inviting atmosphere at the bar. You can tell when someone really enjoys what they do, and it absolutely elevated the entire experience. Karle rocks.
Food was great as always, but the service is what really made this visit memorable. Pasadena Cheesecake Factory continues to deliver, and I’ll definitely be back—especially for that bar service.

The Louisiana Chicken Pasta was amazing the chicken was super crispy and the sauce on the pasta was rich and tasty. The Spaghetti & Meatballs were really good too. I’d only had the cheesecake here before, but now I know the food is just as great. If I had to pick one thing, I’d totally go for the Louisiana Chicken Pasta 🍝

We had a disappointing experience during our visit. One of the booths near us had throw up on the chair and floor, and it took far too long for anyone to clean it up. We even had to bring it up to two different servers because the smell was overwhelming and honestly made us feel sick. When it was finally handled, I noticed they wiped down the booth and table but never cleaned the floor. Right after that, they immediately sat another couple there, and I actually went over to let them know the floor hadn’t been cleaned after the throw up.
The bathrooms were also in poor condition. The women’s restroom was dirty, the sinks had visible mold around the edges, and several stalls didn’t even have toilet paper.
We usually choose The Cheesecake Factory because of its standards and cleanliness, but this visit did not meet those expectations. This was my first time at the Pasadena location, and I’ve never experienced issues like this at any other Cheesecake Factory. Unfortunately, it really took away from our dining experience.
