Second time here in just a few days — we love this place! We stopped in for an early lunch around 11:30am, and the timing was perfect. The restaurant was peaceful, seating was quick, and the whole experience felt relaxed and smooth.
The food is consistently amazing. The avocado egg rolls and street corn are absolute must-tries — packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and really satisfying. We also loved the fresh lemonade — it’s endlessly refilled, ice-cold, and super refreshing, especially on a sunny Pasadena day.
This location stands out for how spotlessly clean and well-kept it is. The service has been warm, friendly, and attentive every time — we’ve never felt rushed or overlooked.
Everything we’ve ordered has been genuinely delicious, and the portions are generous. Whether you’re visiting Pasadena or you’re a local looking for a solid go-to spot, this Cheesecake Factory delivers on both quality and service. Highly recommend for a casual lunch or relaxed dinner.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. From the hosts to the servers and the waiters. Everyone is very friendly and it makes the dining experience so meaningful. Also the factory nachos are staple in my life and k encourage you to make them a staple in your life. I can never give it 5 stars for atmosphere because it’s so loud. But that rings true across all Cheesecake Factories.

Love this location! They have so many incredible gluten free options and they are celiac safe! Nick was our waiter and was extremely knowledgeable about cross contamination and made sure my food was safe. So grateful! 10/10 recommend!!!

I ordered Evelyn's favorite pasta. It was good. It's a vegetarian dish. Service was really slow. They took a long time to take our order once we were ready. Everything took a long time.
Really nice place, I loved it here. The salad me an my friend got was delicious! So were the stuffed mushrooms , we were so full, but we didn't order cheesecake to go! Server was nice! I wish I could remember the name! But she was really nice!

2 cheesecakes and 3 coffees were prepared in 20 minutes! However, the cheesecakes didn't need to be cooked, they were just taken out of the refrigerator. Several times we asked to give us our order, the girl smiled at us and said she would take care of our order right away... There were only two or three occupied tables in the room, and the girl was not busy with other customers!
