Got an email saying regular size price for a large coffee over Christmas, went in, showed the email, the ‘manager or the shift head or whoever that skinny white lady was said they sent out that email by mistake there is nothing like that. A gentleman next to me spoke up about it as well only for same lady to shut him down.
I placed an order regardless. There were 4 people ahead of me waiting for their orders, this same big mouth lady made my drink first slammed it in front of everyone and asked me to take my order.
Something is really wrong with her.
Didn’t go back to this place after.
Apart from her the rest of the staff is super sweet!

This is a really nice store. Nice location with (limited) outdoor seating available. We all ordered iced teas. Excellent! Fast service. Very clean store.

I stop by this Coffee Bean in Pasadena early in the morning and always find parking right in front. The staff is friendly, there are no lines, and service is quick.

I love coming here and sitting at one of the outside tables with my coffee and people watch. Unfortunately, they got rid of their two outside heaters that they used to have, so when the cooler weather starts, people do not like to come and sit outside as much anymore. It used to be so cozy when they had the two heaters, they really should consider replacing them...it would draw in a lot more people even during the winter months.
