I stop by this Coffee Bean in Pasadena early in the morning and always find parking right in front. The staff is friendly, there are no lines, and service is quick.

I love coming here and sitting at one of the outside tables with my coffee and people watch. Unfortunately, they got rid of their two outside heaters that they used to have, so when the cooler weather starts, people do not like to come and sit outside as much anymore. It used to be so cozy when they had the two heaters, they really should consider replacing them...it would draw in a lot more people even during the winter months.

You guys are too over price. Charging half in half for small ice coffee. Almost $1 extra. Starbucks it is. The people that work there are great and awesome. Great amazing customer service.

My wife and I stopped by this Coffee Bean today because she wanted her ice blended mocha from here. We came during the afternoon time so they weren't busy at all. The person working the cashier was very helpful on telling my wife to use the app so she'll get points. Once my wife signed in on the Coffee Bean apps she has some rewards to use so she was able to upgrade her drink to a large for free. They did not take long to make her drink and she was very satisfied with it.

Parking: There a parking garage you can park at or a limited parking spot on the street in front of the store.

I went there on the way back from my amazing hike. The service was really poor. The cashier had no energy in the voice and acted like he didn’t care. Personally, I didn’t feel comfortable with my order. The person that was making my coffee confused the sizes and the amount of shots. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but she poured the coffee she made before to a bigger one (the one I ordered) in front of me! This chain is great, they serve a decent coffee, but not with a service like that… I wouldn’t recommend this locations.

They use the same rags to clean the bathroom door and handles that they use to wipe every kitchen service.

Avoid at all costs before this health hazard gets shut down.

If this is what’s visible to customers, imagine the health issues they have behind the counter hidden away.
