Nice atmosphere. We went on a week day and it wasn't crowded. Two of us got the veggie Imposible burger. One of us got the beef Impossible burger . The restaurant looks great on both the inside and out, but the food was lacking. I ordered the Cowboy Fries, a water, and a grilled cheese. The Cowboy fries came out luke warm and had very little cheese on it, it would have been great if it came out hot and wasn't lacking in toppings. My water had little floaties in it, which is easily fixable by replacing the water filter. My grilled cheese was crunchy on the outside (great), but the cheese on the inside was still cold from the fridge. Once again, great potential and can be fixed by simply lowering the stovetop heat and letting it cook for longer. All of the employees were kind and polite, they just need a reminder to try and be quick with service. We had to go ask for our ticket at the end, after waiting for 15 minutes in hopes the waitress would bring the ticket. Again, a simple fix. To summarize, nothing tastes bad, it was just not hot. I hope the management reads this and corrects these issues. The business has great potential, and just needs to fix some things!

Not really worth the price. Turkey burger, the “purist”, and 2 shakes ran us $50 before tip. Asked for a turkey burger with grilled jalapeños, lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. Jalapeños were ice cold. Shake was tasty can’t possibly recommend for the price.

I've eaten here a few times now, but this experience was the first since before the pandemic. I am happy to report that the staff is just as friendly and the food is just as tasty as I remember.I love that not only I am able to completely customize my burger to my own exact preferences, but that is is encouraged! The toppings are delicious and varied, including vegan cheese and other allergy friendly options.Every option clearly lists calorie count so if you're watching your weight, this takes all the guess work out. It was really appreciated even though I totally went bonkers with extras because they all sounded so good. Oh well, we all need a cheat day once in a while.Dietary restrictions: Delicious vegan cheese and alternative meat options.
