I ordered online, arrived and halal guys is closed. Where’s my money?

Literally took 30 minutes for them to scoop the food into the bowl when I was the only person ordering. Do not ever pay extra $4 for extra meat. I ordered two bowls one with extra and one regular and they gave same amount for both. I’m from Ny and this is worst halal guys.

It's better to order on phone. There is no sign of halal guys as it's yonder the title of Kitchen United Mix and many food joints work here. I asked them to show me the halal certification and they gladly brought them from inside. I ordered chicken and gyro sandwiches and a bowl of mix proteins. Decent food.

My go to Mediterranean spot. Very cheap considering the amount of food they give you. I always order for dinner and have 1/2 portion left overs for tomorrows lunch. Good way to be baller on a budget with great taste!

I placed an order ahead using the Halal guys app and the food was exquisite! The staff was extremely helpful and quick to act. The food was clearly freshly prepared and the ingredients were top tier. I would recommend anyone to try this place out!

Order took almost 50 minutes. The guy at the hub says they're short-staffed, but I don't see how that's our fault. We waited more than 20 minutes in the lobby. If there are internal staffing issues, you guys should push the estimated wait time out, or push orders for people who are physically waiting. I don't recommend ordering from this location.

I looove Halal guys and wish they had more locations! I ordered here in advance for pick-up and it was quick and easy. The platters were both very full too. They are always generous with their sauce packets - just be careful with the hot sauce as it is very spicy!

Please dont go to This place. Very bad experience. I know time is hard but the amount of meat in each meal is disrespectful. It is only lettuce. You can count the amount of Chicken or beef pieces. Tried It after 7 years from NewYork and i dont recommend It. It is Just a waste of Money. Please dont go there.Dietary restrictions: A kitchen shared with other brands. Not a good place if you have restrictions.

Halal guys' quality worsens day by day, got food poisoning with combo platter, lamb lopks dried and chicken half cookedThey tried to save money by filling up the platter, mostly with salad with little quantities of rice and meat.

Oh boy...please do not order from here. This was bad y'all :(We ordered two gyro plates, some fries, and baklava. The plates were completely messed up: there was next to no actual meat on there, it just looks like they had a small amount of leftovers and ended up sprinkling a tiny amount?The bigger issue is that our order was COMPLETELY covered in syrup from the baklava. Like for real: it was *everywhere*. Every item in the order was sticky and disgusting, and I had to spend at least 10 minutes cleaning up our dining table. There's no way they didn't notice this at the restaurant.To top it off, they gave us a regular Coke instead of the diet one we ordered :)I'm not somebody who likes to complain: you can look at my profile and see that the vast majority of my reviews are five stars. But holy cow, even I thought this was REAL bad. It doesn't look like this is actually a real Halal Guys location, just some virtual kitchen? That might have something to do with it.Either way, would avoid this place at all costs.
If I could give this location zero stars, or even negative stars, I would. If you're reading this, PLEASE do yourself a giant favor and never ever order delivery from here. They will not hesitate to ruin your order. I just received mine and they basically provided no meat. I've ordered the Beef Gyro plate before and have been more than happy with the standard quantity they provide. This time, I kid you not, I did not have a single full shred of beef. It literally looked like they sprinkled my plate with a thin layer of "bacon" bits rather than proper gyro meat. I think whoever made these plates got to the bottom of whatever container they had and thought it was perfectly okay to scrape whatever meat off they could and call it a day. The worst part is we ordered baklava for dessert and so the rest of the order arrived absolutely drenched in the syrup, because they were unsurprisingly careless when packaging the order.To say this order was half-assed would be an understatement. They couldn't even make it well enough to be considered half-assed.

My boyfriend and I came here craving for our usual chicken platter and beef sandwich and saw that this location was the closest one so we checked it out and ordered only to be so disappointed :( Beef wasn't fresh and was so dry :( If you don't want to be disappointed, look for a sit down Halal Guys resto and not this to go only branch of the "famous" Halal Guys.

First time ordering from here. I got it sent to my job. Everything was included; ketchup, white sauce, and a different type of sauce. I don't have a picture to insert or include because I devoured it. Everything was really great, 10/10 recommend. And the note that was left asking to leave a review was really cute.

Please don’t go here. The gyro sandwich I got was missing all the extras I paid for, tahini sauce and hummus In both of the sandwiches I ordered. I tried to call to see if we can get the extras refunded or go back and get a new one and their voicemail box is full so I wasn’t able to reach them. I had about a 3 minute drive home and when I got there to open the sandwich up the pita was extremely soggy and falling apart. I’m never the type to bash and leave reviews but this was absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time going here.
