I prepaid family meal for $180 for first time for holidays to avoid cooking and it’s frozen food, in which I have to still warm up and it’s very bland. First and last time ordering. If you plan to order you still have to get your pots dirty and wait for food to be ready. Over price frozen food.

I ordered roasted Turkey and Honey ham every Thanksgiving. It is delicious. They probably sells hundreds of turkey and ham every day

We absolutely loved Honey Baked Ham! It's a special treat at Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve dinner. A 8-lb ham feeds our entire family and all our guests. I also buy the white bean soup mix for the leftover ham. So good! The lady at the door directing traffic was the nicest friendliness person! She is a true asset to your company! I wish I had gotten her name.

Great food and service just the place is too small. I pre ordered my ham and still had to wait over am hour to pick it up

Review is only based on the purchasing of Honey Ham during Thanksgiving time for the last decade or so.

Overall experience deserves 5 stars.

Reasons:
- the staff have been amazing for about a decade now (despite the fact the cashiers change they are for the most part super helpful)
- door staff person ( older white lady, sorry I forgot your name) has a heart of gold, super festive, incredibly helpful, kind, great a directing the long lines, tries to cheer you up if she sees you're getting frustrated. I always crack up at how dry people are with her at first and always end up being super chatty at the end with her
- honey ham (not really glazed with honey but a sugar base most likely, maybe someone can clarify this??) has a pretty spectacular flavor nonetheless
- some of the food side options (frozen and non frozen) are pretty good, just wish the sizes were slightly bigger given the cost
- a ton of side options are available

Line during Thanksgiving:
- much faster now
- definitely preorder (wait is under 15min from what I saw)
- no preorder means a 30-40 minute wait in line

Cost:
2025 for half ham with bone was about $11/12 per pound.

We pre-ordered and pre-paid smoked turkey breasts for Thanksgiving. Scheduled our pick up for 7pm the Wednesday before. It was a 3 hour wait in the cold. 3 hour wait for prepaid food. How is that possible?

No coupons, free dessert, beverage, discount... Nothing. No amends at all. Poor communication. Never doing that again.

Prepaid with an appointment set for the day before Thanksgiving. I’m thankful to have the leisure to pick up the ham. They made us wait for over an hour and they don’t care the time of your pick up. Shame on them. This is the last year I’ll order from Honey Baked.
