This has to be the worst service I have gotten. The wait was 30 min, and the tables were empty. The cooked arrived cold/raw. Plus, we waited over an hour for food.

Frozen shrimp. Food came out at different times. Worse experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Food is definitely overpriced with the quality you get. We ordered the bendo box with salmon teriyaki and it's so hard to bite. Kids got teriyaki chicken and it didn't taste good either. I'd say you can this type of food with any regular Japanese restaurants with at least $10 cheaper.

Waited an hour and a half for teppanyaki only to be served literally dead last for a food that was at best mediocre.

The food was amazing, and the chef was good at his job. We enjoyed the Hibachi show.Parking: 90 mins bring your parking ticket to restaurant check in at the end of your meal.

Food was not bad, but service was terrible. One of my worst dinning experience.

Food was barely edible, lukewarm and the chicken katsu was dry as a bone. Service was terrible which was surprising considering the place was empty. You can do better elsewhere.

Looks like the failing El Paseo has had its effect on this restaurant. The chefs are always full of personality and the food is good, I was just used to the bustling atmospher.
