Tortilla Beach Pasadena Hastings Ranch

I feel bad saying this, but #1 worst tacos I've ever had, with the worst tortillas... by far. I even felt embarrassed for them when I found out they had a separate entity for their "Mexican" food (as a Mexican, I had to put that in quotes. Islands is good, though, for their burgers.

Our hamburgers wore burnt when our order came they took them back and gave us our new order and the meat was still burnt . They took it back again and our hamburgers were now raw. This place is a dump

I like the tuna sandwich here. So when I'm near an Islands on the road, I usually stop by for a meal. Was in Pasadena for a couple of nights and this was my first night out dinner. I like the atmosphere. It's surfer, sports bar style. They also have lunch specials. Servers are cordial. This location is in a large strip mall in a neighborhood called Hastings Ranch.

My husband and I go here for date night, preferably in the bar. The staff is fantastic, the food is great and we always have a marvelous time. When all of our children were little we sat in the restaurant section at a large table and always had a great experience.
