You go there once - ummmm is okay. You go there twice - ummmm is good. You go there twice - ummmm I love it. You grow into Toumps because one time will never be enough for ypu to understand what is Tpumps with all of its flavors and different drinks. Their stuff is so good you will get addicted and need a rehab to break off from the urge and need to have Tpumps everyday. Best! Outstanding service as well as a bonus. But low key even if their service (EVEN) was shit I would still go because how good their drinks are :) Thank You!

this used to be one of my fav spots in hs but the quality has sadly gone down since then): I went twice recently and both times were disappointing to say the least. my friends also agreed that the milk teas looked pretty translucent and tasted heavily of artificial syrups which is not how I remembered them. the workers are really nice and welcoming and everything else is great, but I wish the drinks tasted better. I do like that they have samples at the door with different flavor combos and those usually taste p good so idk what it is about their milk teas.

Amazing tea at low price! The entrance has free tasting and various kinds of tea for $2.50. They seem to have monthly promotional drinks for cheap as well! Will definitely return for more!

I love this Trumps but I've had some problems the past two times. I go maybe three times a week and although I ask for extra Boba every time I don't get it and last week I went, asked for my normal drink and they didn't put any sweetener in it. The lady was nice though and immediately remade it for me, and even said oops I totally didn't put any sweetener in there. This week though, the same thing happened and when I went back to say there is no sweetener in it, the blue haired lady that was constantly being rude the entire time didn't believe that I even got sweetener and then didn't believe me that I got extra Boba. Make sure to not go after school because it's a bunch of children working that are physically and mentally not there.

I came here to kill time before a wedding rehearsal dinner. Parking is limited. The cashier was quick taking our order. I like the menu displaying recommendations since Tpumps is very customizable. I chose the deal of the month and it tasted like horchata. I only waited 5 to 7 minutes for my drink to be ready. I would come back if I end up in the area.
Update: prices have increased a lot in the last two years but still deliciousLarge size for a relatively low price. The boba is the best and you have a wide variety of options for your drink which is delicious. The staff is friendly and while there is usually a line it goes by quickly and is worth it!

ORDER strawberry mango lychee green tea (3.5/5) the flavor combinations are truly endless.. everything is up to you! the price is truly unbeatable, but i will say you pay for what you get. boba is free, but you get like 10 pearls HAHA. for my drink, the mango tasted a lil weird, so next time id just get a strawberry lychee green tea. i love the concept of everything being customizable! SERVICE (5/5) everyone was so friendly and the service was quick. AMBIANCE there are no seats available! we were able to find street parking super easily :)

I've been here in the past but haven't been in several years. Decided to try it out again. For some reason the store smelled horrible when I came in. Not sure if there was spilled dairy that had rotted, but that's what it smelled like. Other than that device was fine and there was no wait. They made my guava passion fruit tea correctly and the bobas were the right chew. Just couldn't get over the nauseous smell this time.

I recently found out about Tpumps through a friend who told me that she drove all the way here from the valley just to get their drinks so I had to try it. On my first visit I ordered their Thai tea with boba and it was super good. The only thing was that it was a bit too sweet so if you aren't a fan of sweeter things I would adjust the sweetness. Personally I enjoy sweet things so it was okay with me. Their boba is super good and soft and the workers are really nice. The store itself is pretty small so if it does get busy you might have to wait outside.

I have been going to this Tpumps for about 7 years already. They are known for their "Tpumps Tuesday" because you get a free upgrade. The drink size is huge and totally worth the price. They have a variety of flavors you can choose from and combine. They also have a list of their most popular mixes. They have $2 Daily Special in their fridge you can buy everyday. They also offer a free sample of a mixed flavor drink. To be honest it is just flavor syrup that they pump into the drink so it doesn't taste all that fresh. But, for the price and what you get I think it is worth it on Tuesdays. Their boba is very soft and sweet (not hot though). The workers are always very nice when taking your order but sometimes you feel rushed by them because it gets crowded. There's no sitting; it is a quick grab and go. No parking lot either, you can park at Ross or on the street.
