Their drinks are premade, not fresh and you can really tell it wasn’t. You cannot custom the sweetness, too because it is premade. Drink I got was so sweet. Therefore, It is a no for me. 2 stars because the place looked clean and nice decor but I’ll pass.

Cozy boba shop that’s off the beaten path. Shares a Hong Kong milk tea with my sister here after lunch and ordered it to go. There’s a small amount of seating inside. I liked the creaminess of the drink and the boba was nice and chewy. It seems to be locally owned and I’m all about supporting small businesses. Credit cards are accepted.
Got the Mango Lime Jasmine tea. It was made/mixed well where the flavors were harmonious. Perfect balance.
Also got a chocolate chip cookie, which had a good amount of both crunchiness & softness. Satisfying.

I stopped at this place every afternoon and evening time during my stay. The fruit teas are incredibly good. The Hong Kong Style was my favorite.
Also her homemade tarts were phenomenal. Got lucky and had a few different ones and each ones was wicked good. Highly recommend to anyone in the area for an afternoon drink or little sweet treat.

A super cute, clean, and cozy tea house that has a short and sweet selection of fruit and milk teas. The pineapple SenCha was delicious and not overly sweet nor bitter. The tart was also very good and perfectly made. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Interior is small with just a couple of tables but well designed and aesthetic.
