I stopped at this place every afternoon and evening time during my stay. The fruit teas are incredibly good. The Hong Kong Style was my favorite.
Also her homemade tarts were phenomenal. Got lucky and had a few different ones and each ones was wicked good. Highly recommend to anyone in the area for an afternoon drink or little sweet treat.

A super cute, clean, and cozy tea house that has a short and sweet selection of fruit and milk teas. The pineapple SenCha was delicious and not overly sweet nor bitter. The tart was also very good and perfectly made. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Interior is small with just a couple of tables but well designed and aesthetic.

I got the boba milk tea and it was delicious. The consistency of the boba was really good too. I highly recommend the chocolate chip cookie. There is free parking next door at the Pasadena Inn.
