Food was decent, but not worth the price. The hummus was pretty mediocre, and the salads (chinese chicken salad and chopped salad) were just ok. The Sparkling Prickly Pear Tisane was nice though. And the service and atmosphere were pretty good. I would give it 5 stars if prices were more reasonable.

We recently hosted our holiday party at True Food Kitchen in Pasadena, and it was an outstanding experience! Laura, the coordinating manager, was exceptional - organized, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. On the day of the event, Dean was our server, and his service was impeccable. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured every detail was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend True...

Excellent service and great food. I wish the chairs were a bit more comfortable but overall everything was splendid. We enjoy True Foods a lot and Roy our server for the second never disappoints.
