Delicious and amazing food at UOVO! The classic tasting menu offers a variety of pasta dishes and a perfect tiramisu. Highlights include the bolognese, cacio e Pepe, and carbonara. The pasta is fresh with great texture, and the meat is good quality. Diners can also enjoy the beef tartare and the cheese & truffle tasting menu, which is reasonably priced at about $80 for an appetizer, three pasta dishes, and dessert for two. Each dish is made fresh, so there might be a wait, but it's a great experience to watch the pasta being cooked from the counter seats. UOVO has a no-tipping policy, automatically adding a 16% service charge to the bill. Be prepared for smaller portions, but it's totally worth it for some of the best pasta around.
