I was doing a gender reveal for my friends and family in New York and wanted my brother to be included. I called early in the morning and spoke to the decorator Tatiana. First of all this is no longer called Valentines & there is a different name on street signage. It was hard for me to find & so when I arrived literally 3 minutes after they closed they acted like they were doing me a favor. I said all signage is different and there was no acknowledgement of the confusion. They knew I was flying in & had sent email and text confirmations - at any point that name change could have been clarified so I didn’t circle block 2x and end...

Bought a cake for a going away party for my coworker who moved to Texas. The cake was exactly what I asked for. I had to pickup the cake at a store-front. The store-front is a cafe that belongs to a different business that is partnering with this baker. You have to go inside and let them know you are there to pickup your cake. The cafe store-frint sells good food and drink too, and the customer service was excellent.
