David, one of the managers was so kind. He was amazing and helped me out so much. The food here is always consistent and probably one of the best vegan restaurants in all of SoCal. I’ve been able to visit many of them, including mom and pop shops. However, veggie grill really stands up against many of them and even passes them.
I still remember Veggie Grill when they were first starting out in Southern California years ago, down in the O.C. Over the years, their menu has changed, but they are still dependable and I really appreciate that you can get a 100% Vegan, tasty meal and fast, when you're in a hurry. It beats any national chain of real fast food (which is so unhealthy).

The highlight for every visit begins with Strawberry Lemonade and chipotle sauce. Sweet Potato Fries mix well with a chipotle kick because of a great consistency. Unfortunately, today the chipotle had a mustard seed thickness which is not fluid with the menu ingredients. To add, the Lemonade is sour. Pasadena is now a third location with the former issue and probable scenarios include bad lemons altogether, or hot lemonade left out only to be refrigerated the following day.
