I have been going to Vince for years. The quality of the food has been good for a long time. Last week I ordered the number one which is ham turkey and Swiss on a roll with lettuce light mayo tomato pickle and red onion. When I got back to the office to eat the sandwich I noticed they only put one slice of turkey and one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese. This is all I receive for $7.49 plus tax? I would rather them raise the price $.50 or a dollar and provide more meat and cheese as they used to. Rather than cut back on the meats and cheeses due to the increased cost of those products. If this continues to occur I will start using a different sandwich shop. The service at Vinces is always good and consistent. They do have places to sit inside and out but the ambience is nothing to speak of. I think the interior could use a remodel since it hasn't changed in many years.

Terrible. Wasn’t worth it at all. There wasn’t any pastrami in my sandwich and the other barely had a few slices of cold cuts. If you can’t afford to give a good amount of food worth the money, then I suggest you shut down your doors. I really feel ripped off! A refund is due to us!

I'm not usually a sandwich person at all... except when it comes to Vince's Deli! Everything is so fresh and the prices are really good! Definitely the tastiest sandwiches that I always crave!

I have eaten here a couple of times and the place is clean with friendly service. The sandwiches are good with quality meat. They have a mixture of breads to choose from. I had a bacon and egg sandwich on toasted squaw bread which was appetizing. Great place to get a basic sandwich if you are in the Pasadena area.

I ordered a turkey roast beef, make it large. The description clearly says MORE MEAT. There's a single thin slice of roast beef. Definitely not more meat. Disappointed in the price and deception.I also said no mayo and they added mayo... Terrible and incompetent.

Came here a ham and Swiss sandwich. I got it on a French roll and half way through my first half of the sandwich I noticed there was so Swiss on it. So I went up and asked for Swiss since I ordered a "ham and Swiss". The lady said "I will add more Swiss" but there was no Swiss to begin with so I didn't appreciate that comment. One and done kind of joint.

Great sandwich's that you can either order from the board or be a pain like me and customize the hell out of them. They are happy to oblige. Busy as hell during the lunch 11:00 to 13:00. Located next to Huntington hospital so order ahead.
