Manager/owner old man is a vile, mean person who doesn't seem to care about his residential neighbors.
When my wife asked him to please park with a little more courtesy, she was met with a chorus of "Fuck You's" from this man. And much. much more. When my son told him to stop, he started egging him on to a fight. He's also been seen kicking he trash from his business under our cars while outside smoking his cigarettes.
