Food is a bit pricey for portion I do agree and for that reason I’ll give a 4 over a 5, but it’s for sure a top 3 Breakfast burrito in the Los Angeles area. Might be the best depending on specific preferences. I do believe it’s worth the hype and a must try

Charging $25-27 (tax and tip) for a breakfast burrito is unreasonable. Dont forget the 500 grams of cream cheese and min of two bagels required for purchase if you feel like eating a bagel one morning instead of getting a burrito (will run you $17 with tax and tip)
I’ve been here a handful of times and like the food but you’re better off going to one of the competitor coffee shop+burrito spots for much better coffee and a nearly as good burrito for less than the cost of the w+l burrito.
Options include:
- kumquat in highland park or dtla
- go get em tiger in highland park
- kings burger and burrito in Altadena (grab a coffee from highlight coffee after)
I don’t post reviews much but the price gouging needs to stop.

I love the steak breakfast burrito here! Burritos are a bit small for the price but they’re delicious.

Best burrito I have ever had! Some of the best customer service I have ever had! Passed the vibe check. The architecture of this building is beautiful! The music was perfect for the atmosphere. They freshly squeeze the orange juice, too. Their sauces are so good. I recommend the chipotle. They also sent us home with free bagels. Why? Because they are awesome, IDK.
Vegetarian options: They only have one veggie burrito but it is DELICIOUS! They also have bagels and cinnamon rolls.

I’m really disappointed to see the vegan burrito removed from the menu. It’s a simple swap of ingredients, with tofu being the only difference from the other burritos, so this change feels unnecessary and frustrating for those of us who rely on vegan options.
What’s even more concerning is that this isn’t the first time the new owners have made decisions that seem to target the vegan community. When they took over Burgerlords, they removed vegan items there too, and now they’ve done it again here. It’s starting to feel like they’re actively against vegans, which is incredibly disappointing.
Beyond that, it’s clear they’re more interested in increasing prices and pocketing money than in providing good service or listening to their customers. By ignoring the needs of their loyal vegan customers and the communities they serve, they’re destroying the sense of connection these places once had.
It feels like they’re alienating an entire group of people who were once dedicated to supporting them..... damage is already done... all negative reviews are visible... they'll close soon.

Forget the haters. Yes it’s expensive but they make the best damn breakfast burritos and bagels (parm bagel with scallion cream cheese) in Pasadena and it’s not even close. How this place doesn’t have more than the current start eating it has is beyond me

This was dope until they got rid of their vegan burrito! The world will never be the same.
Not worth the hype. If you wanna spend $20 on a tiny breakfast burrito where the sourcing of ingredients is more important than flavor… sure, this is a great place for you. If you don’t mind eating a steak burrito when you’re vegetarian and ordered a veggie burrito, sure this a fantastic place! We ordered one of each burrito, and each one was mislabeled completely. They were pretty bland burritos, the sauces were ok, but definitely not worth the price, and very small for the price. The two meat burritos were very greasy and left us with stomach aches after. The veggie one was surprisingly good. The staff was nice enough to refund our full order, but I don’t know how they messed up our order so badly! Not coming again. Also, there is hardly any decor, not enough seating for how large the space is. You can barely hear when they’re calling your name cause it’s so echoey. It looks like this place was rushed into opening.

EPIC bacon burrito!!! Cool spot. Great food. I don’t know what kind of magic is in the sauce… but damn! It’s legit! Friendly staff, surprisingly fast service even though they were super busy!
