Winchell's Donut House

The cashier (6:30-6:45 weekdays is when I’ve gone) very literally chooses which order to serve customers. I stood in line today for five minutes, other days it’s been faster (but only because someone from the back comes to help the cashier). She (presumably), points to the person she’s decided to serve or decides someone else should serve. My normal take is to simply say that the person in front of me was next or to step forward to order. Today, I had stepped to the register, was asked to wait and then two others were that had just walked in were served. That was the last straw. It is already a trial to get in the door, with all the customers with coffee and pastry in hand, talking about work near the door and throughout the lot, being told to wait until they decide I’m worthy of spending my money— I’ll pass. I’ll start going to Winchell’s on Lake or even better, a Mom and Pop closer to work.

The food, bread and drinks are very delicious. Although frapes seem sweet to me. Delicious bagels and a great variety. Fresh ingredients and they make bread right there
Today I ordered Turkey bagel with avocado and it was super delicious. I liked their dressing and garlic bread. It is in a small square and there is free parking. They have a table with the calories of each product (I liked that) The place is simple, I would put a little more decoration on it ?and the service is normal, I'm used to the warm service of Mexico then ?. I stop bye an get the bran muffins kinda have a glazed topping with shaved almonds they are delicious that's about all I get from there but there really good an help with the digestive system

Hass to be one of the worst windshields I’ve ever been to. Go in for the plain cake donut how can you possibly mess that donut up? It was hard as a rock cold and probably left over from the morning.

Worst place ever! I tried talking to the manager about using the bathroom because I patrol the plaza and they decided to hang up on me. Very rude people in general! I hope the owner see’s this!

meh. the cinnamon apple is better at Dunkin. tried the savory spinach - asked for it to be heated & the guy must have put it in for like 10 seconds - it was barely warm. overpriced too - I wish I had tried the huevos ranchos sandwich instead.

Do not order sandwiches they are really bad in taking orders 4 people working and they can seem to get it together I order my sandwich on the phone 9:4I just got them at 10:10 im so disappointed 😔 and late to work

I worked in one of these cafes in south Pasadena many years ago, thank God, the customers left happy with the attention... I always thanked them for coming back soon, it's a pleasure to serve you ?? even though the assistant caught my attention because he wanted to I was very stupid...

Very disappointed in this place, it is no longer the quality it used to be...the taste of the oil donuts lags behind, the bread of the sandwiches is also very lagging.

Very bad service the morning yesterday She is very rude and the employees do things in a very bad way I bought a coffee and a burrito the burrito had no flavor the bacon and the raw egg I had to throw it away so as not to get sick in fact the manager didn't even care It took me 20 minutes to get my burrito to the other lady, that's bad. I'm a customer but I'd better buy somewhere else, thank you
