I frequently order from Wing Stop on Lake through Door Dash, and I usually find the food to be quite tasty. However, my recent visit to the store for a direct order was a letdown. The bag was drenched in grease, and the wings were disappointingly dry with hardly any sauce. This experience was a significant disappointment, and I will never go into the store to order wings

My chicken was good, my Cajun corn was soggy, and tasted like old cooking oil, and the customer service there was the driest I've seen in any Wingstop. I won't be going back to this one!

Chicken under cooked sometimes ordered a head still waited in restaurant for 20 mins are order was supposed to be ready for fries then gave me barley enough fries to fill their tray.

I ordered Buffalo wings and French fries. Both were so salty, almost inedible. The fries had so much salt on it, I could see the salt crystals (and tried to brush them off, but in vein). The place is uncomfortably small.
If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. The soda machine has no syrup. Ask the worker to fix the syrup, he didn't even look at it. Can't even tell you how many filled their drinks without even tasting it, while I was waiting roughly 25 minutes for them to make my measly 10 boneless wings. Also, the fries were so dang salty, and their drink machine sucks!! Needless to say I was fuming mad about the whole ordeal. I am scratching them off my regular favorites. For $22, ridiculous!! I will be calling corporate tomorrow. They are all hanging out, on their phones, only caring about the to-go orders. Customer service is 50 shades of terrible here. Better off going to Alhambra, just saying.

Truly a horrible service, never in my life had I been served by a person this terrible and disastrous, if her mother makes her wait like this for her food, I don't ?? have to stand in line or wait for a salary like that on the corner instead of me No favorite, paying separately for my combo because of your laziness, a real garbage ? ?

I came to support Madison Elementary school in the fundraising partnership with Wing stop. The lobby was full of parents with their kids! The Air conditioning was not working, the sodas were not working, the lobby was duty, the waiting time was long and they seem to be understaff or unprepared for this event. Over all terrible experience!
